This policy explains how WaveMigrate handles information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
When you request a trial, demo, or sales consultation, we collect your name, business name, business email, and the optional details you provide, such as your phone number, role, or project information. For sales inquiries, we also record the plan you selected. We record your consent choices, submission time, and campaign information included in the link you used. To limit form abuse, we use a keyed hash of the connection address rather than storing the raw address in the request database.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review and respond to trial, demo, and sales inquiries, manage follow-up, protect the forms from abuse, and maintain request records. During the current capture-only test, requests are recorded for review; verification and download emails are not sent. When email delivery is enabled, we use the submitted address to send relevant request updates and trial access instructions.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your contact information or share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share information with service providers only as needed to host the website, store requests, protect the forms, or deliver email when enabled. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or our rights.
Marketing choices
Marketing consent is optional and separate from a trial or demo request. The website does not send marketing messages automatically. You can leave the marketing option unchecked and still submit a request.
Retention
Request records currently have a 30-day retention setting for internal testing. Cleanup runs when a later request is submitted, so an expired record may remain until then. The retention period and cleanup schedule will be reviewed before public trial launch.
Desktop application
These website forms do not collect mailbox contents, calendars, contacts, or migration files. WaveMigrate’s desktop application data practices will be described separately before the application is released.
